Reservations can be a mixed bag. I appreciated the short notice availability but was disappointed by the room size—a true queen would have been ideal. While the bed was snug and comfortable, a cleaner bathroom was expected. The front desk staff showed little initiative, often appearing underwhelmed by their duties. This lack of professionalism stood in stark contrast to some of the management, who were exceptional. The hotel boasts a great location, with easy access to local attractions. confusing elevator directions and the absence of a traditional check-in process marred the experience. I left feeling undervalued, particularly after a billing mishap that went unresolved. Improvements are necessary, particularly in staff training and communication.

Generally, enjoyed this beautifully designed accommodation with especially helpful staff that was already out of service. The restaurant was very convenient with a comfortable lobby here, I had delicious dishes.

The parking situation was really frustrating. I thought there would be on-site parking, but instead, I had to drag my luggage from a nearby lot. It was a hassle, especially after a long day exploring the city.

Super clean and convenient spot right in the city center! Tons of places to eat nearby which was awesome since the restaurant was closed for breakfast. The coffee in the lobby with that glass roof was a nice touch. Just wish the beds were more comfy, and the bathroom was way too tiny.

During my stay, I found it incredibly convenient to stroll around, with the Franklin Institute just a 15-minute walk away and Love Park only 500 meters from the hotel, plus many amazing restaurants like Davio’s just a few steps away for a delicious meal after a day of sightseeing; the hotel itself offered great amenities including a comfortable bed, clean facilities, and various drink options like tea and fresh water throughout. a clearer indication for unloading outside and additional restroom access in the lobby could improve the experience.

The hotel offered a work-friendly environment with modern amenities. Monk's Cafe was a beer lover's paradise, and the Observation Deck had breathtaking views. The Irish pub served delicious food and the indoor farmers market had top-notch local products.

I loved how the walls were paper thin; it was such a joy listening to the party next door at 1.30 am!

The room had a comfortable layout. I appreciated the quiet air conditioning and the absence of unnecessary light pollution. The microwave and refrigerator were convenient, though they weren't mentioned online. The iPhone/aux docking station was a nice touch. the bed was worn out, making sleep less than ideal. Housekeeping was disappointing; only cleaned once in six days. I found long hair on the towels and floor, raising cleanliness concerns. there was limited selection of drinks in the room. The shared coffee machine in the lobby was a plus, though I missed herbal tea options.

Noisy and inefficient heating

This hotel appeared to be not very clean, nonetheless its staff and location were perfect. This venue was in a good area right by city hall and a shopping mall.

Well, the room was not cleaned on a daily basis.

Had a great weekend there! Loved that the room had a window that opened for fresh air and the complementary coffee and water were a nice touch. The central location was perfect, close to shops and transport. cleaning every three days was convenient!

The parking info was confusing. Thought it was a discounted daily rate but turned out to be a one, time charge with no in, and, out privileges.
